Thinking about registering for camp?  – OPEN HOUSES

Interested in learning more about the Burgundy Farm Summer Day Camp or visiting our campus?

Camp administrators are happy to offer interested families a tour of the campus and  a chance to ask questions about the camp program.  The tour generally takes about 30 minutes and you can contact us to schedule one Monday through Friday between 9am – 2pm (based on Camps Staffs availability and assuming that school is in session).

Due to enorllment filling up extremely quickly in recent years, Burgundy has not been holding Open Houses.  However, as metnioned above parents can contact the Camp Office to schedule a tour of the campus and a chance to ask camp staff questions.  If Burgundy Decides to hold an Open House it will be published here as well as on our Facebook page.

Already registered for camp?  – PAPERWORK PLAYDATES

*SATURDAY, MAY 18 PAPERWORK PLAYDATE CANCELLED!!!!!

If you register for camp this summer, even after you complete the online registration, you will still have some paperwork to turn in for your camper, especially if it is your first time camping with us.  To help this process, and to allow camp families to get onto campus prior to the start of camp, we will be holidng our popualr Paperwork Playdates again this spring.

Burgundy Farm Summer Day Camp 2024 Paperwork Playdates:

Each family will have a specific Paperwork Playdate to attend based on their last name.  This will help keep the campus from getting too crowded and keep lines for paperwork collection small and moving quickly.  Here is the schedule:

Saturday, May 18 – 10am-12pm – Families with last name A – KCANCELLED, ALL FAMILIES ARE INVITED TO THE JUNE 1 PAPERWORK PLAYDATE!!

Saturday, June 1 – 9am-1pm – ALL CAMP FAMILIES ARE INVITED!

Burgundy will host two Paperwork Playdates in the spring that will give parents and campers a chance to visit campus, have some fun on our playground, and turn in thier camper paperwork.  These will be optional events that families can choose to attend if they wish. Camp staff will be on hand to collect camper paperwork and satisfy the identification requirement for the Child Registration Form that all first time campers are required to complete (see the Important Information page of this website).

Families will have the opportunity to:

-spend time on campus and play on the playground

-meet some of the camp counselors and administrators

-pick up their campers t-shirt

-pick up the Lower Division animal group button for their Lower Division campers (Bunny, Fox, etc.)

-have an ice cream

More information will be coming to families about the Paperwork Playdates.  We hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to get on campus before camp starts and take care of all the paperwork so that when camp starts all your camper needs to do is have fun!
